What services do you offer?

We provide in-person individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in Seminole County. Our office is located in Lake Mary and serves the surrounding cities of Sanford, Longwood, and Heathrow. Therapy services are available to those struggling with anxiety, depression, attention deficits, self-esteem challenges, and parenting concerns.
How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Complete a contact form, and we will be in touch within two business days. A consultation call is a brief chat via phone (or email if you prefer) to discuss your needs and expectations and to determine if we will be a good fit for your or your child. If you decide you’d like to move forward, we will get you scheduled for your first session.
Do you accept insurance?

We are not currently in network with any insurance providers. Individual therapy sessions cost $175. If you have out-of-network benefits and would like a superbill, you may request one from your therapist.
We are an approved direct pay provider for the Step Up - Unique Abilities scholarship. Please log into your EMA account to request services or email me with any questions or concerns.
