What services do you offer?

We provide in-person individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in North Seminole County, Florida. Therapy services are available to those struggling with anxiety, depression, attention deficits, self-esteem challenges, and parenting concerns.
How do I get started?

Do you accept insurance?

We are not currently in network with any insurance carriers;. Individual therapy sessions cost $175. If you have out-of-network benefits and would like a superbill, you may request one from your therapist.
We are an approved direct pay provider for the Step Up - Unique Abilities scholarship.
